VOLUNTEER FACILITATOR TRAINING

Volunteer support group facilitators are currently being sought. If you are interested in helping grieving children and families by facilitating weekly support groups, you will enjoy and benefit from our upcoming Facilitator Training. Choose between a seminar June 27 & 28 or July 25 & 26, 2008.

Initially you will be paired with more experienced facilitators as you learn the ropes. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to make a real difference in the lives of many!

School Counselor/Educator Grief Training
"Hurting Children Need Hope"

This workshop will provide you with a wealth of information about children in grief.  You will receive Calm Waters’ proven Grief Support Group curriculum, a valuable resource you will utilize to offer children in your schools grief support groups.  This program is designed for children who are experiencing loss due to death, divorce or other major family disruption.

CREATING NEW TRADITIONS

Annual one night grief support group for families trying to cope during the holidays. This event will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2008.
