Helping Clients Through Grief and Loss | Online Workshop
Thursday, April 23, 2020
10 to 11:30 A.M.
Calm Waters’ free, online workshop, “Helping Clients Through Grief and Loss,” is a clinician’s overview of grief and loss across one’s life experience. We will de-bunk grief myths, highlight grief experiences and provide clinical techniques relevant to the current COVID-19 pandemic so that you can help clients through their unique grief journey.
This workshop is geared toward mental health professionals, but may benefit anyone wanting to increase their knowledge of grief and loss and how to help others.
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, April 22, 5 p.m.
NOTE: This Calm Waters workshop is ineligible for LPC and LMFT CEUs. According to the Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health, on Tuesday, March 24 and Friday, April 3, 2020, the Board held a special meeting to address COVID-19 crisis issues. The Board voted and suspended the processing of any new CEU applications and to allow any previously approved CEUs to automatically be approved for face-to-face and technology-assisted.
