The mission of Calm Waters is to help children and families on their grief journey caused by death, divorce and other significant loss. We rely on a team of compassionate individuals to ensure our programs are effective, impactful and intentional.

Clinical Director

 As a vital member of the leadership team, the Clinical Director holds primary responsibility for the management and oversight of Calm Waters’ growing counseling clinic operations. Working with the Program Director, the Clinic Director plays a pivotal role in Calm Waters’ program services which include online and in-person workshops.  This role also includes providing leadership, training, and supervision to a small team of therapists and clinical interns. The right candidate will have a collaborative leadership style and be at ease presenting information in formal and informal settings.
 

To support its staff, Calm Waters provides a competitive salary and benefits package as well as annual professional development opportunities and a flexible 36-hour work week. This position does not require being on-call or working weekends.

 This position requires: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marital and Family Therapy, or a related field. Licensed by Oklahoma Behavioral Health as a LCSW, LPC or LMFT with a minimum of five (5) years experience, preferably in a supervisory role in a clinical setting. Center-Based Coordinator

Calm Waters is seeking a compassionate and organized Center-Based Program Coordinator to lead and manage its center-based support programs. Reporting to the Program Director, this role is responsible for overseeing support groups, coordinating Parenting Through Divorce programming, supervising program volunteers, and ensuring the use of evidence-based curriculum. Key responsibilities include volunteer recruitment and training, data collection and analysis, quality assurance, and collaboration in planning and coordinating Calm Waters programming efforts.

This position plays a vital role in administrative functions such as client communication, program calendar planning, and participating in budget and strategic planning efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to supporting individuals through grief, divorce, and loss.
